Very clean and exactly as described

Front door lock was difficult to open. The host didn’t reply to my messages about bed linen

All was very pleasant, which helped a lot as we had a stressful visit to the Jr

It was filthy Absolutely disgusting with bodily fluids everywhere

Location was really good as it was only few minutes drive to all the main places. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was very clean.

The only thing I would say is to provide extra blankets, and pillows That way when someone needs to sleep on the sofa, they have it

I didn’t get to stay in this actual property as it has been damaged and the host offered me an alternative a few hours before check-in which I had to accept as I didn’t have other accomodation

The replacement property was nothing like the picture of the original one I booked. It was further out by a main road and like a concrete box. I only stayed 1 night out of my 3 night stay but was charged a surcharge for having stayed just 1 night. This made it more expensive than a 4 star hotel in the centre of Oxford. So overall it was a very bad experience.

This is an all new apartment in a separate back-yard house, that only houses two units. The construction is great, there is even a terrace. Space is generous. The kitchen has modern appliances, a great gas stove and oven. Dishwasher and washer dryer. All good. This is close to the Headington shopping area, so great grocery stores, small restaurants around. It's far to town, but there are lots of buses.

Well... there are lot's of not so great details, but the main issue: No WiFi! The ad does not announce WiFi, so no false advertising, but these days this is unexpected and I overlooked it. That really made it hard to work there. Then it is so odd to have a kitchen with modern appliances, but absolutely minimal kitchenware. No towel, nothing to clean the desktops, not cutting board (but good IKEA knifes), a single glass! Really odd. The generous living room has only ceiling lights which are super bright, really not how you want to spend an evening. Just a simple standing lamp would do. So it feels like this place could shine with just a little attention to detail. This also goes for the interaction... no message ahead to check in and then, when I called, a rather mistrustful and unpleasant tone, even though everything was resolved efficiently. So again, just a little more attention and this place could be worth its price.
