Freezer over iced could not use, Wardrobe door hanging off a hinge. Little tired looking decor. Unable to call contact person, number not recognised.

the location for the beach and fun fair was excellent good location for beach walks site was reall y clean

the out door space and the out door furniture could be better the bed wasnt comfortable but for the money wasnt bad

Nice and close to the beach. Had everything we needed and it was easy to access the property when we arrrived. The beds were comfy and everything was nice and clean.

The thermostat control on the shower didn't work and we had to turn down the boiler to make the water cool enough to shower, but that was the only little problem we had.

Positives - Quiet & close to the beach

Overpowering smell of wet dog, dusty, grubby, run down, missing front room curtain, sticky mess on door of fridge, freezer door front not attached to the freezer door broken and rusty, unable to use it, remains of food in the kitchen, some lights did not work, door to static did not fit the frame, door handle loose, nets ripped, curtains stained and faded, shower taps almost seized, had to free off as best as possible, still difficult to adjust taps, toilet tilted to the left & not properly cleaned, rusted screws standing proud of the door grip to bathroom, hard to open bathroom door, holes in door, stains on wall, missing wall paper, back bedroom door did not shut, electrical noise above head in back bedroom...the list of negatives is endless
