Cosy Apartment with Private Access and Kitchenette in Guildford

Location was good. Bed comfortable.

The rooms were cold when we arrived, although electric radiators were available.

Good value for money, easy access, big enough for a family of 4 for one nights rest. Free parking.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Compact but functional. Perfect for our needs.

It was a little cold when we first arrived but the heater fixed that.

Photos misleading. Smelt musty and unused. Old picture holes in walls. Towels old and discoloured and unusable. Un inviting. Did not stay found a hotel. Also worried re no exit if fire. Require a refund please. I have read your comments about my review and yes, we did enter the property obviously otherwise we could not have commented on the condition of the let. And put my review on booking. Com site. Firstly we did not stay at all as you perceive to say. Your cleaners could not of possibly found anything as we did not take anything in as stated. If you say you saw us enter you would have surley seen us leave on the same evening and not return.

The bathroom is cold and the shower place is too small.

The accommodation was a self contained, one bedroom annex off the host's home. It was clean and tidy and the host greeted me when I arrived. It was cosy with a very comfortable double bed and the kitchen had everything you'd need during a short stay.

The tv gave access to BBC iplayer, YouTube and you could login to Prime if you had an account but there was no access to any other free view channels.
