We loved the location of the property. Located on the block between the Capital building and Fountain Square made for beautiful views of downtown architecture. We also loved being able to get to the Convention Center using the Skywalk and the convenience of shopping right downstairs!

What a treat to have parking included! I didn't quite have my bearings when arriving and missed the directions for going up to the metal garage door (once inside the parking structure) which opened into a separate parking area allowing us to find our reserved parking spot. I didn't realize that the scan code allowed us through the first initial gate and then another garage door. This was written in the welcome instructions, but reading it after a long drive at midnight caused me to miss some details. Thankfully I figured it out the night before we left to make packing up and departing easier and faster.

WE DID NOT GET TO STAY HERE BECAUSE NOBODY ANSWERED THE MESSAGES TO LET US KNOW HOW TO GET INTO THE APARTMENT! WE WERE STUCK IN OUR CAR FOR 2.5 HOURS (9PM to 11:30PM) WHILE BOOKING.COM TRIED TO HELP US FIND ANOTHER ROOM.

IF WE COULDN'T GET IN AND COULDN'T FIND IT AND COULDN'T GET HELP TO STAY THERE... WHAT DO WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO ANSWER HERE?
