1 Orchard Farm Cottages Sleeps 10, Open plan Kitchen & Large Garden

It’s such a lovely location in the country side, very spacious. There’s outdoor furniture too in such a large garden (the photos truly under rate the garden!). The staff are very quick to respond and helpful- we had a small issue with the kitchen sink and they came and fixed it and was completely solved within 20 mins⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The address is a little tricky to find as the sign on the street is very small. Also there are a lot of flies in the property but it isn’t dirty so unsure what’s brought the flies in. But overall it is an amazing property priced such good value.

Lovely location, spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable with top quality fittings. We found this place to be ideal.

More information regarding controlling the heating in the ground floor bedrooms would be useful as they were very cold compared to other rooms

This house is finished to an exceptionally high standard. Plenty of room in the property. We were sleeping eight, so made full use of the space. It is very well appointed and would recommend if you need plenty of room.

Couple of small niggles. It would have been nice to have a draw unit and 2 bedside tables and lamps in top floor bedroom. Also a blind to keep out the light in the roof Velux window. The shower on first floor has a problem with the temperature control.

The house is large and was clean, the garden was not as the photo, mole hills, weeds, one old bench but no out door seats! Ash was good and responded to our calls but if they left info to work tv, heating ect we wouldn’t have to bother him!! Not enough serving dishes, roasting dishes or good cutting knives! I hope we have given good constructive advise! It could be a great place!

Spacious, modern house. Perfect for a group of friends getting together.

Could have had a bit more crockery and glassware for 10 people. Plus two extra dining chairs so everyone can sit round the table (we took two fold up chairs)
