often in this area for work and it’s in a great location. Cleaning standard was very high and bed was really comfortable. WiFi was fast which was great for work. Recommend to other people looking to book in this area.

Do not stay here. The security code to get into the building did not work, customer service did not get back to me and I was locked out of the building the entire stay. I had to wait for someone to exit or enter to get in. The flat was dirty, the bath had a ring of grime around it. I left a day early because it was so unsafe not having access to the building. They refused to respond to me or to booking.com.

Avoid this place at all costs. Hands down the worst stay imaginable. The entire property reeked of urine, and the filth was unbearable. It was so disgusting we couldn’t even stay—had to leave immediately and book a proper hotel. To top it off, we parked for less than 30 minutes and still got slapped with a parking fine, despite the listing claiming “free parking included.” Customer service? Utterly useless and rude. We ended up shelling out an extra £100 for the fine on top of paying for a new hotel. Complete nightmare from start to finish.

Everything about this apartment was poor! You say u provided a tv with Netflix, wrong as Netflix says too many people viewing this account. Try watching basic tv, it doesn't work due to the arial not working so what is one supposed to do. The bed covers had stains on them. The wardrobe sliding doors, only the left one worked. The utilities in the kitchen were shocking, no proper dishes to cook in if you wanted, I wanted to make breakfast the only pan was a huge pot and the lid was bigger than the pot so clearly it wasn't for the pot. The windows are broken & cheap so you could hear all the passing noise from outside and the one in the bedroom couldn't lock which is really a safety & security hazard. The little metal fixture on the wall with the bed right up against it is not a great idea as the minute you move, the whole thing makes a load of noise. Would not recommend it to anyone, you will get no rest in this place.
