The location is great to walk into Croydon Town. The kitchen is lovely and bathroom a good size. If the weather had been nicer we would have made use of the patio area.

My biggest complaint about this booking was that I booked it because it is a 3 bedroom apartment and we got the whole house. We picked this place over another because it meant we got a bedroom each. However 3 days before we were to arrive, the owner contacted me and said that we would only get two rooms and that there had been an error when we booked with how much we were charged, and if we wanted a third room it would be more money. Despite this not being our error, the host wouldn't not budge on this and it was too late to find anything else by that point. I also wanted to note that the car parking space is tiny, thankfully 3 months ago I bought a smaller car, but if I hadn't, my Ford fiesta would not have fitted in that space and there is no where else to park on the street. There was a strong smell of damp in some of the rooms. The 'hot tub' which although you don't see another hot tub in the photographs, calling it a hot tub makes it sound like multiple people can get in at a time. When actually it is just gets in a bathtub, which has no plug so we couldn't use it anyway. So overall I was more unhappy than happy with my experience there

Location excellent short walk to shops security excellent we felt very safe in property private shutter parking, apartment very good 3 floors good size double bedrooms lounge kitchen area spacious out door space is a bonus. We would definitely book this property again we had a fantastic stay.

Certain areas were not up to our standard of cleaning kitchen tiles, sink top light fittings, round windows, and the little detail that count. Outside patio court yard whute double glazing was dirty and needed weeding, as we pay £60 cleaning fee. The main problem oven top didn't work, so no cooking during our stay. we got in touch with rental owners, and appliances should always be checked before every visit.

The rooms we spacious and house was clean with all the facilities available such as fridge, kettle and microwave. Location was great as short walking distance to train station. The snooker table was good, it got the kids away from their phones and they played a couple of games.

Although we didn't spend much time in the property as was sightseeing in London and just came back and slept in the property. The only issue was one main bathroom. The other was just a small toilet and very small space. Good for emergency use but could not get ready in there. We went with another family so had to take turns getting ready in the one main bathroom which took longer but other than that no issues.
