The location is good

1. even though the contact me a week before by whatsapp and told them (Minty Stay) what time i will be there, they didn;t bring the keys on time. While i was waiting outside the door, try to contact them and no reply. Then i called the owner and he told me that the apartment was already booked and he can do anything about that. Then i was furious!. After waiting 30 min outside the building, someone appeared to give us the keys. Then I discovered that the apartment was in 5th floor and no elevator!!! 125 steps to climb to the apartment!!! The locker of the main entrance of the apartment was broken. I spend 1/2 day waiting for the technician to come. Moreover: 1. The apartment is very small and there is no separate room for bedroom, it is an attic, with space only for the bed and you can not stand. 2. Very hot in attic 3. Air condition was not enough 4. You can not open the window as awful smell of the chocolaterie in the basement 5. No internet connection 6. TV was not working 7. Bathroom was super small, no shampoo for 2 persons for 3 days stay 8. Bath door was broken, not easy to open 9. A mirror in the room was broken I request to give me back the amount of one day, as the apartment was not in line with my expectations and i have so many issues.

Communication was always very good with the hosts and the location is very good! The house is well designed.

We have to climb a lot of stairs to the apartment. The television did not connect with the channels, that is, we could not enjoy it. The upstairs room is very hot.

The apartament was nicely self contained, clean and comfortable, in an excellent location. The fact the bed was on the loft gave it so much more space. Not for people with disability though, as there's a lot of stairs. Communication with the staff by What's App.

The windows all overlooked a trash hole between the buildings, as you cannot call it a patio or any other way. There was excessive automatic communication that was very annoying. I've received checkout info before we even checked in.
