We came down from the city for a major conference in Rochester. Everything about the house was warm and cozy. The host is amazing, was very understanding and accommodating to our requests. Definitely a memorable stay. Quiet and picturesque location. Warm family home. Had fun with friends over the card games. Worth it for the price offered.

The location was very convenient. The house was very clean. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also very convenient. Chris was a great host and very responsive.t

The parking is a bit tight.

I liked that the house was close to my relatives homes whom we were visiting. The house was very clean and spacious. We all loved the comfort of the bed mattresses. i definitely recommend this property and I hope it will be available on our next trip back to Rochester.
