"Ok but a few issues"

Convenient for buses into city centre, plenty of easy street parking.

Few issues with damp smell, dustbin overflowing, hot water takes ages to come through in the shower. House could also do with some fans to cope with warm nights. Kitchen needed deep clean and more glasses and mugs.

Location

The dripping drain pipe at the back of the property kept us awake , maybe needs sorting , also didn’t expect to pay another £35.00

While the location is ideal for the Ormeau Road, the social club opposite and all the union jacks could be intimidating for some.
