Beautiful, Pet Friendly Caravan By The Beach In Suffolk Ref 40126Nd

We had a great time, the site and caravan was perfect.

Location was good

Heating wasn’t working had to have maintenance visit. The instructions on the boiler were not for the boiler we had Phone number I was given to call didn’t answer or reply I had to look up another number. The man I spoke to though was very efficient as was the maintenance man who attended really quickly Glasses were dirty one mug broken Single bed really uncomfortable Main room bed classed as double but was king size so my bedding didn’t fit properly Tv wasn’t working properly had to use our data

The facilities were amazing all you needed except egg cups! It was so calm and tranquil

Wonderful relaxing days away caravan beautiful the only thing was the park was not too well lit in the dark for the dogs last walk but it was a lovely stay really enjoyed so roomy and the assistance given when we had an issue with the back door was immedite and much appreciated

It’s spacious and comfortable! The decking area was amazing, beds was comfy! Was really happy with the size

Mould on shower heads needs attention, oven wouldn’t heat up. The grill and hob worked but oven didn’t. The fridge door was dodgy kept falling when open.

Location was great - right next to the prom and easy to walk into the town centre. Lovely park a couple of mins walk with an Italian Restaurant which we ate at on night one. Second night we got a takeaway from the Chinese about 10 mins walk away. Caravan was very well equipped for a short stay, great king size bed and lots of storage. Loads of hangers int he wardrobe too. We took our own bedding and towels. Great to be able to park right outside the caravan for loading/unloading. Lovely outside seating area which was safely closed off so our dog did not escape. Easy to get in with use of keysafe and great comms from the booking site made check in/out vey smooth.

No WiFi was our main problem as out of the two of us, only I had a decent mobile signal. Some of the fittings were broken, e.g. door to ensuite from main bedroom was difficult to open/close and kept coming off the runner. The blind in the en suite was missing the part to open and close the slats. The fridge was very frozen up and a load of ice was on the top shelf when we first arrived. Maybe needs a defrost, so overall, felt like there was a bit of TLC needed and we would have scored higher.

I was particularly pleased by how clean the caravan was. I have very high standards for that and this met them. The van was really cosy and at such reasonable price. I will definitely consider another stay here 😃.

As above i liked how clean and cosy van was. I like facilities. I liked the bedroom with shower. The sofa was more comfortable than the one I have at home.

Ideal location next to the sea, quiet location, lovely caravan. Good base for exploring the area.
