Fully Detached Studio Annexe with King Bed for 2 & Sofa Bed for 2

The owner recovered from a pretty bad situation. The place was nice and it was OK for 1 night. Parking was good. Briefing about the property was professional.

The place was double booked so we had to leave for several hours to wait to get in (no problem, we had dinner in Cambridge). The place is not well thought through. Huge couch so you can't cook if you stayed longer, bed mattress was a disaster (all 3 of us slept on the couch which was an Ikea bed with out riggers. Keep in mind the price for this ! The owner seemed to think he can increase the price! This is impossible given the poor sleeping conditions and the lack of access to the kitchen (assuming you want to cook - we didn't).

Everything is perfect

It seemed odd arriving in a modern estate that seemed to go of forever. Arriving at the house I was welcomed by Sam and instantly felt welcome. Great conversion and quiet, well appointed and super 👌

Very friendly owner. Lovely studio with everything you needed, even a little dog to pat. Comfortable and clean. Bonus was that my granddaughter left her favourite Teddy behind and the owner contacted us and has since posted it forward.
