Location to ease of property things were all great. many machineries with good WIFI and Humidifier. easy to locate and the view was great.

just a suggestion to have some reception support personal to handle any urgent issues. I had a misfortune that i went for Pool and left my phone in the room. the door opens with the password which was in my phone. so i got stuck. when i asked reception downstairs to support they mentioned it is private property and we cant support. we faced issues there. Secondly the Pool water should be kept a little warm as kids and all using can get sick in too much cold water as it was.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

For a night’s stay everything is sufficient and comfortable in comparison to other units that i rented

The switches can be confusing for the fans and aircond Would be nice if theres a manual book on it , also the curtain in some rooms were barely enough to cover the whole window

Love the cozy home, the location, the facilities, the check-in and check-out guidelines. My family really love our stay in this place.

Just one - the noisy dryer hahaha..but not a major issue though. The pros outweigh it all!

Location wise was very good. About 2 to 3 km from Genting Premium Outlet & 12km from Genting Highland. Walking distance got plenty of got plenty of food shop, groceries shop, and some bar as well. The kitchenware provided very complete. The cooking facility also is very well furnished. Got washing machine and dryer as well. Got 2 bedroom where room 1 got one king size bed that got 2 pull out single bed at each side. Room 2 got one king size bed.

The house was clean and beautifully maintained. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful — even sent over extra towels and blankets without us asking. It was super convenient having a dryer in the house. Our kids loved the heated pool, especially since it was open until 10 PM! The adults enjoyed the house just as much. Overall, it was a really great stay and definitely worth the money. Big thanks to the owner for the great hospitality!

The lift was quite slow at times and often full, even after several tries. It might be due to the peak season with a lot of guests, but it did cause some delays going up and down.
