Direct Oceanfront 3 bedroom Condo - Compass Cove Mariner Tower 1415

Until now, I had a claim for air conditioning that did not work during my stay, I had to buy fans and they were left to make a refund for the inconveniences, and until now the owner designed that he could not communicate with Boking that they have already authorized a refund and it is unacceptable that after almost 20 days they have not been able to solve anything.

The Area the Location

Some items were broken and needed to be fixed need to be fixed before you blame future stays on it !

The apartment size was nice, they had a couple slides for the kids (but I don’t think they was supposed to be able to use the slides but the staff aloud them to), the price isn’t horrible, and they had multiple pools

The location isn’t the greatest if your looking to walking at night you would need to drive a few miles up and park and then go walking on the strip, the bed and couch was very uncomfortable and hard as a rock, I’m a professional cleaner so I notice more than the average person and I could tell the cleaners don’t do a very a good job there was multiple things I noticed such as the baseboards and a wall in master bedroom had a spill, bathrooms wasn’t cleaned very good, when I got in the bed there was sand at the foot of the bed under the blanket, cobwebs outside and inside, microwave not cleaned well and just other little things not cleaned well and for the $300+ cleaning fee I expected the room to be cleaner. Also the last night I was there we found a roach crawling on the dresser, also they have the bare minimum kitchen utensils.
