Lovely 6 Berth Caravan At Suffolk Sands Holiday Park Ref 45010Mv

Perfect location. Fantastic variety of walks including the beach front , the port, the town, all in walking distance from the caravan. Great for dogs & families. Regarding the caravan itself, it has a lovely kitchen , good size table and good size shower, good size corner comfy couch and view of the sea .

The bottom step into the caravan is loose , so do be careful, needs replacing / fixing The outdoor furniture supplied is rusty/ get rid or replace ! The patio door needs attention, doesn't shut very easily atall, maybe to do with when the weather was hot , however , needs sorting !! The front room carpet is all stained, needs a good clean or replacing! The couch is dirty , fortunately we had blankets in the car to cover to use to sit on ! Needs a deep clean ! Can be noisey with the port , didnt bother us but could be bothersome to others !

Our third time staying here. Convenient for seeing my mum who lives a 20 min walk away in town. Nicely laid out caravan with dishwasher /washing machine, a good shower and additional en suite WC. Side and front deck with partial sea views which has the sun in the mornings and a neighbour’s lovely cat that visits for a fuss. WiFi is provided.

As before, the bedding is tatty/stained and needs replacing, as does the double mattress with its springs poking out ( or atleast a good mattress topper, please). We take our own duvet etc rather than use those provided. The TV isn’t smart so we bought a Roku stick to have access to apps like Netflix and YouTube whilst staying. A laundry basket, clothes horse, some kitchen knives, and a new toilet seat are all necessary additions, as-well as more attention to detail by the cleaner (see final photo).

I liked the proximity to the beach. I also liked the well appointed kitchen. If you were staying for a week, the washing machine would've been welcome. The staff on the helpline were good too. Very polite.

We found used, mens underpants under the pillow on the double bed. They were under a pillow which had no cover on it and were on top of a mattress protector that we were obviously then meant to sleep on! How does something like that even get there? We also found a used, rancid baby bottle under a pillow in the twin room, again on top of a mattress protector. The caravan kitchen floor had debris all over it. Cutlery and crockery had water marks and some food residue.

Location near the beach .Very clean and comfortable.

Caravan had no electrics/heating - unable to utilise.

The caravan was clean and tidy the beds were comfortable. I loved that we had an on suite. The kitchen was very well equipped.. The caravan was a good size .

There's nothing to dislike it is a nice holiday home and I would stay again.

Caravan was lovely and clean. Beautiful location and very quiet. Caravan was minutes from the beach and the conservation area. Felixstowe is a great place for families. It is so dog friendly you can take them in the shops, most restaurants and the amusements.
