Ilikai Apt 308 - Spacious Studio with Stunning Ocean & Harbor Views

The property was clean. I live here on island and had friends coming to visit. We rented the studio and it was perfect for our girls weekend. We have two little ones under 5 and we had a blast! It was great being able to make lunch in the unit and not go to a restaurant with tired kids. The unit is also in a great location. Perfect if you do want to walk around the area. Also liked the fact that there was a pool for kids too.

I was pleased with everything. Nothing to not like.

Convenient location, good ac, comfortable bed, clean. Can listen to live music on patio on balcony.

No dishwasher, no paper towels or tissue. Elevator had problems so long waits and limit of people on elevator.

The location is second to none, amazing views, everything is close by withjout feeling like you're in the thick of it all

Room could use a refresh and some updated furnoture, the outdoor seats were no comfortable after a period of time trying to sit and watch the sunsets.

Property location is the best as it about halfway between Ala Moana shopping center and Lewers St. The bus stops right outside as does the trolley. The room is huge by Waikiki standards. Bathroom is a little tight though and door is only 28" wide so small for a wheelchair. Did like that the walking shower had a curb at bottom to keep water in. And the grab bars were good especially since the toilet is a very low model. The bed was very comfy and linens were quite good. The view is good, but with the film they had put on the glass was in such bad shape and peeling that we could only see the view if the door was open. If items 1-4 were fixed this could be a 9 out of 10 OR even a 10/10 for those who like a some noise.

1. Fixing the film on the glass 2, Repairing the sliding door which is extremely difficult to slide open more than 12" or so, not to mention that the slider door lock does not work properly. 3. There are MISSING BLACKOUT DRAPES so only 1/2 of the windows can be darkened! Anyone on that couch does NOT get any darkness. The shears cannot be moved and they are coming down in places. There are small holes in the drapes. 4. The toilet was running, but we got it temporarily stopped buy looping up the excess (untrimmed) pat of the chain that kept getting stopped under the flapper. 5. There is excessive amounts of noise from the courtyard area that just echos up the walls of the hotel. Thus it can be very noisy inside the room at times. This can't be fixed. 6. People from above the apartment kept dropping things over the balcony railings so we decided it wasn't safe to stay on the balcony as some of the dropped stuff would crash down onto this apartment balcony. We did not report that as there are a lot of floors above the apartment and who knows who has been doing this.

Television channels restrictions. Ilikai would not us use water refill station because staying in room 308.
