#4 Downtown Free Parking- Walk to Gainbridge, Lucas Oil, Conv Cntr

From 6pm to 9 pm I try to contact the property management to allow the access in the apartment, impossible. I ended slipping on the chair in Sheraton lobby, nice for them to allow me. I expect to be full return, otherwise I will contact the credit card to not recognize the transaction. Thank you,

The location of this property was very central for a work exhibition I attended.

Since this was a work visit an invoice was essential. After three messages to the owner and even contacting Booking.com since the owner didn’t answer any messages I still could not get an invoice. I also had to remind them to refund my security deposit.

Location was great, the apartment was spacious and clean.

The description for the elevators and parking was a little confusing, but overall wasn't bad. The location for the apartment that was given was to the Hilton, I had to ask a worker there where the location was. This may be an apple maps issue but street names and location (next to the TJ Maxx) would be helpful. Other than that no complaints.

Property was very clean and quit.

Property management was horrible. Very rude when trying to get instructions in a timely manner. Came off as very rude. Never answered my phone call, only sent text messages back and forth.

Parking, centrally located, very clean and comfortable.

Great location that is very convenient. There was good communication before and during the stay. We had all we needed while we were there.

The parking garage space was really tight. Some more information regarding this prior to the stay would be helpful. If our vehicle would have been much larger, it would have been nearly impossible to park.
