I received clear instructions on how to navigate the complex and get to the apartment entrance and more about the facilities etc.

Location and sea view, private pool area, good size apartment

No air conditioning, just fans which would have been fine normally in November, but it was unusually hot weather

The advantage was that we could check-in early. The complex is generally nice, clean and well-kept, the pool is quite large. There was always a parking space on the street around the complex to park the car. The area has its charm, we were here for the second time, although it is near the airport and if you are bothered by planes flying over every few minutes, I do not recommend it. It did not bother us. There is a bar on the complex, but we never used it. There are shops and restaurants within a few kilometers. The apartment was generally well equipped, the bed in the bedroom is large and comfortable. There is a large ceiling fan in the bedroom, which is a big bonus given the lack of air conditioning. There is a place to sit on the balcony, a clothes dryer and a portable umbrella that you can take to the beach. The apartment is on the third floor, but there is a lift.

The apartment may have been modern, but 20 years ago, in reality it is quite outdated, especially the kitchen and the appliances there. The worst thing is the fridge, terribly small, the freezer does not even hold a pack of ice cubes. If you want to eat out it will be ok, but if you want to prepare meals I do not recommend it. There is practically no space in the kitchen to prepare meals. Although the fridge was set to maximum it did not cool well. There are very tiny ants in the kitchen. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. The apartment was booked for 3 people, but the bedding was prepared only for two people, in the wardrobe there were spare duvets and pillows but there were no sheets, duvet covers or pillowcases. To get in and out of the pool you have to use a gate fob, unfortunately there is only one provided, if I and my daughter wanted to stay at the pool and my partner wanted to go to the apartment, I had to get up from the sunbed or from the pool to open the gate for him, when he came back I had to go to the gate again to open it for him. It was quite common for people to stand behind the pool gate, calling and waving to their loved ones to come and open the gate for them. Very annoying! The complex is quite big and feels more like a hotel, the sunbeds were often occupied by putting a towel on them, even though no one was there.

Apartment perfect, south west facing sunny balcony overlooking sea. Close to everything incl marina, beach and shops Complex was good, plenty of space and loungers by the pools Akos was easy to contact to gain access and on departure

Flat in a nice and quiet area near the airport. Spent a very good time. In the house are all facilities. You can work or spend a nice time by the pool. I recommend

The apartment is in good location with free parking on the street

The apartment is in a private locked estate. To enter the estate you need a card that is inside the apartment. The property manager was not able to met us and gave his wife’s phone number for when we arrived. When we rang her she told us that the gate card is in the apartment and we need to wait until someone (other tenants) will be leaving or coming back so we can sneak in. We had to wait for an hour!!! Same when you are leaving. If you are solo travel and there is no one to hold the gate while you’re returning the card to apartment good luck to you. Other that that the apartment itself was nice with all you need.

The apartment was absolutely amazing, it had a fantastic terrace with beautiful views , it was very comfortable and managed by Antonio who was extremely helpful, if you’re looking for a lovely apartment and not worried about using the complex facilities this would be perfect

The complex the apartment was on was massive only tried the pool once but they were packed in like sardines didn’t like it at all the pool bar was a bit of a joke only about 3 things on the menu & no beer on tap so a bit of a waste of time
