We had a slight problem when we arrived, but the owner personally, promptly and efficiently resolved it for us and kept in touch afterwards

The apartment was spacious and in a very cold November took time to warm through

Stay was great! Perfect location, very central and so close to everything. Tony was a great host and answered any questions fully. Amazing for the price. Would definitely stay again x

A few imperfections but nothing major and didn't impact or affect our stay

"Didn’t get to stay in what was booked and no compensation offered just inferior option at very late notice"

Didn’t get the apartment we booked. Was given an alternative which was not as good as the one booked. One allocated was very basic and a bit “student like”. Apartment was changed at very late notice so no option to cancel and book elsewhere. No compensation offered just an explanation that original booked was left on a mess and unable to clean in time although arrival wasn’t scheduled until 5-6pm. Got the feeling had another booking and as this was for a solo traveller the option to move was made - could be wrong but got that feeling.
