Beautiful guest rooms, Free Parking, 30min Heathrow, 40min Wembley, 60min Central London

Very clean, quiet, spacious room with a good ambience

Good shops and restaurants around here but a bit far to nearest underground if travelling without a car

Location and plenty of parking spaces

Bed was not as comfortable as the rooms upstairs

Spacious, comfortable and warm bedroom, well-suited bathroom, good location for what I needed, overall good value for money.

Very thin walls.

Nothing we checked before booking and paying on policies which we screenshot that there was no hidden fees or deposit

No integrity, very poor and unprofessional attitude, despite saying they would refund our monies they made excuse not to despite not staying at the property because we wasn't made aware in policy of a security deposit long story short , the love of money root of all evil Booking.com has changed no longer customer friendly as years pass am breaking habit of using this website As with all business when they get big they take for granted the custom that helped them grow
