Położenie w centrum imprezowym Wrocławia. Bliskość restauracji i klubów. Precyzyjne informacje co do dostępu do lokalu.

Głośno w nocy. Całą noc słychać muzykę z klubu w piwnicy i odgłosy z sąsiednich pokojów. Ciszej w dzień niż w nocy. Brak miejsca do zaparkowania auta w bezpośredniej okolicy. Lokal nosi wyraźne ślady najmu. Wiele elementów wymaga naprawy lub wymiany, np. opuszczone, niedoomykajace się drzwi, cokoły mebli, korki spustowe umywalki i wanny itd.. Podłoga ogólnie brudna. Niedokładnie odkurzona po poprzednich lokatorach, np. pokruszone paluszki. Jasne skarpety w jednej chwili były czarne.
