Very clean and comfortable house with a beautiful garden

The kitchen lacks supplies

Centrally located.

Bath leaked at one stage and water dripped through into kitchen below.

The room is large and has all the facilities you need

The cooking stove has insufficient firepower and there is no microwave. There are only a few restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance

Pretty place ample space confy

On a busy street

Great 2bdr townhouse, recently refurbished (like very recently we stayed Sep 23) close (10mns walk) to central city and 2 mins walk to Kuirau park (read mud and steam :-)). Everything you need in a 2 bedroom (upstairs) townhouse with fully stocked kitchen, good water pressure, some basics , salt, pepper, sugar, coffee , tea provided, along with a large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and lots of internal storage room with a carport (i.e off street parking). Can stream via local wifi to the TV

Is right next to a dual carriageway , but well insulated with good double glazing so can't really here the road noise. Needs blinds/curtains on kitchen and office windows (I'm guessing they are coming) and oddly no microwave ? also the TV remote was a little dodgy but we would stay here again.
