매일, Hongdae Art house

The location is very good, when you go down and go out of the Guest house there are cafe shops, food shops also subways and bus stations are walking distance from this property

Only no door locks in all Rooms and Toilet room, we just put chair outside of the toilet room to know there’s a person using. Maybe the owner doesn’t want going to the property if the door gets locked. But it’s totally fine, we enjoyed our stay. They have complete use of kitchen electronics like microwave, water kettle, fridge also they have washing machine to reuse your clothes clean

Large rooms, good air conditioning, comfortable, a few small convenience stores nearby, within a 10 minute walk to the metro station.

There should be reasonable warning that there is no lift to the third floor, stairs only. It was a big struggle noting I am 70 years old with bags. I pity the young family who had to use the stairs to the 4th floor. The bathroom needs to be refurbished including a large sign above the toilet saying NO paper etc. to be flushed. Lack of utensils in kitchen.

Perfect location, in the busy student part of town... very spacious appartement, with a roof teras and an extra room upstairs.. perfect for a group or family... big rooms... comfy beds... everything you're looking for is 10 min walk max.

Stairs, but they were easy to manage

ㄧ整層公寓，有3間房間，2間是2張雙人床，1間是單人床，客餐廳空間很大，目測整層應有30坪以上，冷氣很給力，浴室蓮蓬頭水壓很夠，地板水乾很快，床很好睡，真的，大人小孩都稱讚

離地鐵站需走8分鐘

It had airconditioning and was pretty close to hongik station. It also had plenty of space.

The toilet was useless! You could not flush down paper so you had to throw everything in a bag. Even though we didn’t flush down paper the toilet still got stuck and we had to fix it ourselves. It would have been slightly more fine if the host provided supplies, but there were pretty much no instructions on how to dispose of the waste from the toilet. No bag were provided so we had to buy for ourselves and even toiletpaper was very sparse. We received 2 rolls for a one week stay for 7 people. That lasted only for 1 day…. the rest we had to purchase. Since we couldn’t flush the paper it became really smelly just after 1 day. It really soured the whole experience…
