The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Short walk to Miss Doozy restaurant which is very good.

It can certainly a little on the noisy side during the night if other guests are talking in the corridors etc as the acoustics are easily echoed.

No value for money, for each night i spend a lot but the rooms were very small, services were very slow and breakfast options were not good.

room was small without windows, bathroom extractor fan was very noisey. room close to elevator and very noisey all night as well as their seemed to be a couple or woman arguing all night, literally screaming and staff did nothing. no hotel water in bathroom after a terribly sleepless night.

Room big, bright and super clean

Shower flooded easily and extractor fan in bathroom was installed in a board and not a widow so it made very loud vibration noise when switched on.

I had a great experience at the hotel. It does not fall short of Western 4-star hotels. Cleanliness is very important to me and everything was clean, the shower was excellent and the only thing that hinted that it was a 3 star hotel was that there was a curtain in the shower and not glass. And the curtain was also clean and white so it wasn't really a problem. I did take the king room and it was big and comfy but i dont know about other rooms size.

The only problems I had were with discrepancies with the order from Booking - at first it appeared to them that I was supposed to arrive on a different date than I was ordered to, and in the end they didn't see the late check-out that I got on booking. In both cases the staff was kind and solved the problem without fights, but it would have been nice if you didn't have to deal with it in advance.

On the cleaner side. Good service.

1. Toiletries and iron etc. was given upon request which makes unnecessary trouble to the visitors. 2. Extremely thin walls. Could hear the cars passing like i was outside not to mention other people going in and out of their rooms. Had to wake up several times during the night because of this. 3. Because the rooms were located in the 1st floor, didnt feel all too safe for a woman added with all the noises coming in.

Location easy to find from metro and for taxi or Uber drivers. Beds comfy, large breakfast menu, extremely friendly and helpful staff. AC working perfectly and 24/7 security and reception is great.

Although everything was mainly clean, I still spotted some minor dirt like dust under the bed and stains on the bathroom wall. Also, you have to take very quick showers to not risk flooding of your room as the drain works really slowly. Daily room service should also refill the wooden stirring sticks when rearranging the coffee supplies in the room.
