I went here for my birthday to see the B1G championship game. When I arrived into my room the AC was on and my room was 53 degrees F and there was a brown stain on the toilet paper with no extra rolls. I had turned the heat on to get the room up to at least 70-72 and messaged the staff to see if I could get a different roll of tissue paper since they did not provide extras. This was their response “Oh no! I am sorry to hear that. Typically we provide a roll for each bathroom.” With no follow up or replacement so I bought my own tissue paper. Once I returned hours later (exploring) the room was up to 55F and stayed that way through the night. I messaged the staff the following morning and sent photos regarding the issue and asked if they could fix it or id request a refund and ask to stay elsewhere (it’s 21F outside) and they said they’d put a work order in and I would be contacted that day. When I returned that evening the issue had not been resolved and I called the manager/hotels.com to get a refund. The manager told me “well you pay for everything not just the ‘heat’”. I understand that but I’m not paying to be cold when it’s 21F outside.

I had a wonderful stay. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, and comfortable. The location was great! with plenty of stuff just a short walk away. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone.

AC didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, TVs didn’t work, and no one on site to help

Nice place but after 7hrs of driving to get the wrong codes to retrieve key to get into building. Then not have anyone answer to correct, having to find a new place to stay the first night at midnight sucked.
