Villa A & A Hikkaduwa

The villa is very comfortable in terms of accommodation and location. Large kitchen with all amenities. Every second day - cleaning of rooms and change of bed linen. The owner of the villa has always been in touch, will tell you what, where and how.

Those who are not fast asleep can hear the noise from the road and from the crazy bus

Very close to the beach, like 2 min walk and about 15 min walk along the beach to surfing spots. Cargill's shop is 1 min away. Fruit and fish market are about 10 min away by foot. A LOT of space. Huge kitchen\living room on the second floor with a massive terrace. 3rd floor to have some suntan. Owner is very helpful and does his best to assist, if you have any problem.

Internet connection on the 1st floor was a little weak. Can be a little noisy at times (rarely, like 1-2 times in a month) due to some parties at a nearby lavanga hotel.

First of all I want to thank Anoj for his hospitality, he is a really a great and very helping in any situation host. Villa is as on the photos, big, clean and comfortable. We stayed for 20 days with 2 Kids (1 y. o. and 11 y. o) and were happy about our stay, everyrhing is near - ocean grocery shops, cafes. Also what is good for guests with small Kids - there are places to walk with stroller. Our impression of the vacation was the most positive. Also would like to recommend Emil yoga classes, which he provide d on the roof of the villa - it was the Best start of the Day.
