Mosquitoes, WiFi not provided, no lift need to climb untill 4th floor with the kids n baby, no parking

Вход в апартаменты ужасный и страшный, старый и не соответствует фотографиям. За эту цену может и нормальный, но лучше подумать 100 раз. Нету лифта и узкий проход а снизу вас будут жить местные люди, не дай Бог, вдруг зайдут к вам.

Extremely disappointing. The location very hard to find; the building had no signage indicating the house name. Six of us stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. On the very first day, we discovered the toilet was clogged and couldn’t be flushed. We had to use a pump ourselves to clear it. We informed the host, but no one came to check until the third day. The bathroom threshold was broken, and we had to be extra careful not to trip when entering or exiting. None of the three bedrooms had a wardrobe. Only one room had a metal clothes rack, which was completely inadequate for hanging clothes for six people. The living room didn’t have a sofa — just a bed, which was totally unsuitable for sitting and watching TV. There were no trash bins or garbage bags in the entire house. For six people staying 5 days and 4 nights, only two rolls of toilet paper were provided. When we asked the host for two more rolls, we were told to buy them ourselves. 超級差勁。地點很難找，大廈沒有標示房子名稱。6人共入住5日4夜，第一天已發現廁所淤塞不能冲水，需要自己用泵通渠，把這情況通知屋主，要第三天才有人來查看。廁所的門檻破爛，進出廁所要特別小心踤倒。 3個房間沒有衣櫃，只有其中一房間得一個鐵衣架，根本不足夠掛放6人的衣物。 客廳擺放的不是梳化，是一張床，根本不適合坐在床上看電視。 整間房屋竟然沒有垃圾桶，也沒有垃圾袋。 6人入住5日4夜，竟然只提供兩卷廁紙，向屋主要求多提供兩卷廁紙，竟然叫我們自己買。

地點很好，距離新村站及弘大站都是10分鐘內抵達。

1.入口是餐廳的後門，要經過餐廳廁所才可以上樓梯。 2.民宿位置於2樓，樓梯很窄很斜，加上沒有燈晚上回去及搬行李上落十分不方便。 3.廁所渠臭味很重。 4.每天早上廚房都會見到小蟑螂，非常不舒服。 5.因為樓下是餐廳，每晚都很嘈吵(12點後仍一樣)。

We liked the large size of the unit with 3 bedrooms, dining and living areas. We were able to cook inside the unit with the available kitchen tools and equipment. We were able to park our car in front of the property.

We didn't know that our unit was located on the 4th floor. It was very difficult to bring our heavy luggage upstairs. We were only provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper for the five of us staying 6 nights. The location is not exactly in Hongdae as it is 1 subway ride away but there is a Daiso, 7-11 and Emart nearby.

Placering var i top i et fantastisk område. Kan virkelig anbefales. Gode værelser og senge.

Lejlighed virker slidt. Køkkenet var meget sparsomt udstyret. Ingen drikkeglas. Strygejernet virkede ikke. TV virkede ikke. Det varme vand virkede ikke i 3 dage. Aircondition på to værelser larmer. Vaskemaskine var fyldt med gammelt lugtende vand. Toiletpapir måtte ikke skyldes ud i wc og indgangspartiet ligner en byggeplads. Der var ingen til at tage imod og vise rundt ved ankomst.

整体整洁干净明亮温馨，三室一厅房间多、床位多，能容纳4-8人，客厅很大很宽敞，厨房、洗衣间、卫生间、房间空调等设施设备很齐全，洗衣服晒衣服做饭都很方便，周围环境也很安静睡眠很好，位置离新村地铁站很近，出行居住很方便，适合家庭或者朋友组团来玩

洗澡热水需要按开关打开，第一次见不会弄，还出了问题幸亏房东派人过来修理好了而且还帮忙把开关开好了。如果能有中文说明提醒更好。谢谢

The owner was very nice and accommodating. He let us checked in early. He was also very understanding of my dad’s medical condition. The place is in an older building but has everything you need for a long term and short term stay. It’s big and the nice part is that it has a big dining table to have family meals together, a washing machine that’s huge and plenty of chairs/sofa to sit on. We appreciate they have plenty of indoor slippers and also plenty of restaurants around. The place is very close to sinchon and hongdae but away from the noisy streets.

It would be nice to have a mop so we can mop the floors daily to keep it clean. Other than that, all good😊
