Villa Mila - Gili Air

Het personeel was zo ontzettend lief en service gericht! Ze ze hebben alles voor ons geregeld (snorkeltrip, extra vroeg ontbijt, scooters) en zijn zelfs 3x heen en weer gereden om onze bagage naar de haven te brengen. Bedankt Owen en Heru!!! Ook de manager vroeg bij ons vertrek actief om feedback.

Beetje stof onder het bed, maar werd meteen opgelost

Petit-déjeuner correct et localisation centrale, permettant d’accéder facilement à l’ensemble de l’île. La présence de chats dans la résidence a été un vrai plus pour nous. Le personnel est à l’écoute et l’emplacement est calme et agréable.

Le lit n’était pas des plus confortables et présentait quelques taches, probablement incrustées malgré le lavage. Le petit-déjeuner était bon, mais sans être particulièrement remarquable.

Vi likte personale veldig godt! De var ekstremt hjelpsomme og hyggelige!:) De ordnet snorkletur til Gili meno, og transport over til kuta, lombok. Rommet var rent og moderne!

Litt dårlig stråle i dusjen og ikke kjøleskap

Het personeel was echt super vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Daarnaast was de accommodatie echt top en daarom is het echt een aanrader.

We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of four in a two bedroom villa. The accommodation was perfect for our needs with comfortable beds, a cute little pool area and breakfast each morning. But what made it memorable was the staff. They were so incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay - preparing delicious breakfasts, arranging snorkelling trips and helping us with our transportation off the island. We felt very grateful for their kindness. Thank you Owen and all the staff at Villa Mila who made our stay so special.

The location was alright - it's located in the middle of the island, so if you want to avoid using the horse carriages it's a bit of a journey if you're following exactly what google maps says (maybe use the main road if you brought a roller suitcase, if you're backpacking you're fine), the route google maps takes you to has a lot of potholes leading up to the villa. But when you rent a bike, cycling around is easy and near to a lot of things and beaches. Mas and the rest of the staff there are really friendly and knowledgeable, you'll like them very much :)

Toilet and the AC in the room we slept in were disappointing. We got them to come fix the AC, but each time they said it's cold, but we were seating in our sleep during the night - we were in room 3. The toilet has a bit of a weird drainage smell which I dont think they can get rid of easily. So just something me and my friend were unhappy about that's all.

Such a lovely and intimate accommodation in the centre of the island within walking distance of everything. The surroundings are peaceful and there is no disturbing music from beach clubs or bars, the nearby construction sites are only open during the day time. There are good local and international restaurants, cafes, shops and beauty salons nearby. In addition, the island's only paddle court is located nearby. The courtyard area and pool are pleasant and well maintained. The accommodation is small and unique, which is a big advantage. The air-conditioned rooms are pleasant and clean, they are cleaned daily. Towels and sheets are changed on request. There is drinking water available and the accommodation's restaurant is open during the day, offering snacks and drinks. You can book a bicycle, laundry service or book day trips from the reception. The staff is really friendly, nice and helpful, they even become friends during your stay❤️ If you are looking for a unique, well maintained and small boutique villa, I truly highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you very much manager Mas and the rest of the staff, you made our stay so unique and memorable. We felt very welcome and definitely come back later 🤗☀️

A small fridgertor in the room could be nice improvement.
