The location is amazing! Really near the train to go up.

I didnt like the glass door. The outside door doesnt lock so its a bit weird to know that anyone can open it and see inside. The shower wasnt draining as well.

La porta di ingresso che poteva chiudersi a chiave era in vetro, completamente trasparente. Al di fuori si trovava un’altra porta-finestra che dà sul patio, ma non poteva essere chiusa a chiave. Quindi virtualmente qualcuno avrebbe potuto aprire quella porta in qualunque momento. Bisognerebbe fare in modo che anche la porta esterna possa chiudersi, almeno dall’interno.

The apartment is excellent in terms of space and location, and it is well equipped with the essentials. I found the books about the history of Bergamo very interesting. The iron, coffee, and water available in the apartment were very useful. The instructions were clear, and the place is very pleasant!

Just a few minor details that only become noticeable during use, which could be improved for future stays, nothing serious: The bathroom sink was a bit dirty, it looked like someone had shaved and it wasn’t properly cleaned. The rest of the apartment was very clean. It would be good to provide a product to help the shower water drain better. I had to turn off the shower a few times during use to prevent it from overflowing. There were so many notices about the thermostat that I felt hesitant to adjust it, and I ended up feeling a bit cold. It would be useful to have a pair of scissors and a more powerful hair dryer. A soap holder in the shower would also be helpful.

Stor og komfortabel seng. Det jeg likte best var derimot den perfekte beliggenheten og den nydelige terrassen som er solvent. Kunne ikke bett om en bedre leilighet! Fikk også oppbevart baggasjen da jeg kom tidlig og sjekket inn før 15, veldig bra service
