Cozy & Deluxe Apartment - EZ Access to NYC

It was super clean. The Master bedroom was very spacious, the bed was so comfortable. I was allowed to feel at home and relax. My stay was amazing and the hosts were great. They responded in a timely manner and answered all my questions. If you’re looking for cozy and deluxe you have found the right place.

Great clean apartment. Room is spacious with a cozy bed. It is possible to walk to the bus station, however at night it might be safer to take a taxi.

I initially thought it would be the whole appartment, but it is just a room . There were other guests in other rooms, which is fine.

I liked the location and how spacious it was.

The other guests were loud and not clean.

The space was overall clean, area wasn't that bad, liked that it was a store at the corner. Overall I can't complain, enjoyed my stay. :)

Roommates were not clean and hospitable but that's what you get when you share at times. :/

the ceilings and living room were beautiful , very modern kitchen & bedrooms.

it’s not stated in title that this is a shared property (and that detail is hard to find in listing), so I was unaware until I booked. I asked & was told that you select “apartment” for the entire space, however the listing is called “… Deluxe APARTMENT” … i could hear the other guests movements and talking 24/7, as someone with social anxiety i did not leave my room except for food. it felt like a college dorm with a nice bed. the neighborhood was horrendous, with homeless, alcoholics, and RATS ! i saw 3 run out a bush as i walked FOUR blocks to check in. there is barely any street parking available after 4pm .. so i had to circle til i found one. even if you want to book their parking spot, it isn’t guaranteed to be available because again, shared house. also please note it is not handicap accessible, there are stairs to enter and about 20+ stairs just to reach your room. that would suck after a night out.

Love the decor, compfy beds, clean up to date furniture.

The room was clean and cozy. Mattress is soft and comfy. All kitchen stuff is available for cooking. The staff answered to all our questions and requests by booking app very quickly.

Newly constructed or renovated and everything was neat and clean.
