SGWe received 2 emails for instructions to check in. Collecting the keys and access cards from the mail box and register at the security guard counter was easy. The house offers a great view of Ipoh and it comes with a water dispenser. One of the rooms offers a bath tub too. There is a night market over the weekend just below the apartment. Wonderful access to many food options, shops and about 20 minutes walk to Concubine Lane.
The key and access cards could be labelled so we know what each of them is for. If you are a light sleeper, a nearby night establishment was playing music all the way till about 4 in the morning on a Saturday night. Bathroom could be maintained. There are mould seen between the grouts. We have problem finding places for breakfast.
AUAUThe location is perfect for exploring the Ipoh Town and it is accessible to all restaurants and shopping areas.
It will be great to offer bedsheet for the sofa bed as we needed to purchase a bedsheet to cover the sofa bed for the 5th guest.

The consideration for early check-in can be better. i was damn sure, there was nobody staying in that unit (the day before before i check-in). however, the owner just refused to let me go in earlier (even for 1 hour). end-up, i requested for 15 minutes earlier only, since i hv my aged mother. I have no problem, if owner mention need to charge for earlier check-in, but there was no such options. The locker knob was malfunction (realized upon check-out), so risk of the cards being stolen. I informed owner.

Lack service to store luggage before check in at 1500H. Have to sacrifice 1 family memeber tolook after own personal belongs while other family members go sightseeing and shopping.
MYThe water server did not provide cold water. It provided only hot water from the cold tap of the dispenser.
