Rooms with windows to the main street were too loud, so we had to change our rooms to get some sleep. we had suspecions if the sheets were changed.

Staff are accomodating letting us check in early. The hotel is a few minutes' walk to Kemeralti Bazaar.

The staff is kind and polite.

Room and bathroon should be refurbished, the mattress should be changed, hotel is getting old.

It was very centric, located right next to the Izmir bazaar and right next to Izmir bridal stores, very convenient if you are looking for a wedding or party dress The metro station was next to the hotel entrance and you can find in the area many restaurants. The clock tower of Izmir is only 10 minutes walking distance. The staff was very supportive, although we had a bit of language barrier

As the mosque was in the bazaar and there was a hill, the calls for prayer sounded a bit louder due to the echo, especially early in the morning. Nevertheless, it was not a big issue.

Worst possible experience! We booked the hotel only because they said there was parking. There isn't! You park your car in the middle of the street, with several cameras to fine you, and take your bags out. You wait 20 minutes for someone from the hotel to leave your car in a parking lot that my husband went with him to and walked back to the hotel almost 1 km away. We didn't pay to leave it in this far-away parking lot, but they wanted to charge us. The receptionist said that if we took the car out for the second time to leave and come back, we would have to pay! Does that make sense? You have a car and can't leave and come back with it? If not, do you have to pay? That's right. Second serious problem! The Wi-Fi password only works after registering your passport in two confusing steps. We had 3 phones and we couldn't register any of them. It took us a while at the reception for the attendant to finally enter her own password. You have no idea how safe it is to use the Wi-Fi here. We traveled all over Türkiye for 17 days and stayed in 7 hotels. I have never had such a terrible experience as this hotel. It is in a very bad location, right in the middle of downtown. It is also not recommended for people with children. If you arrive with your child by car, you have to walk to park the car on the street to get to the hotel. That night we went out to dinner, and when we got back the employee was waiting to leave and leave the car 1 km away. It is not practical, and it is not correct to say that there is parking. There is no space to even go in for 5 seconds, leave the car and go out to change the driver. Huge traffic on the street, with several traffic guards who do not allow cars there. We reported all of this to booking.com as well. We are regular customers of the site and our experience in situations like this is that they should be honest about what they do not have, and not offer it! Terrible!
