"Lokalizacja dobra ale sam standard nie spełnia oczekiwań"

Hotel położony jest w doskonałej lokalizacji, balkon oraz wygodne łóżko.

Pokój sam w sobie wymaga odświeżenia - ściany brudne a meble zniszczone. Jestesmy osobami niepalącymi - w pokoju było napalone a sam pokój w sobie nie robił wrażenia jak na zdjęciach . Pokoje powinny być ozonowane bo wszystkie moje ciuchy i włosy przesiąkły unoszącym się dymem papierosowym. Fajna lokalizacja ale za to co zastałam w pokoju już na pewno bym nie wróciła. Śniadanie przeciętne .

"Misleading hotel, beware! Double-check the info!"

Location, cleanliness

Staff was extremely rude. The hotel is misleading guests regarding parking. We selected the hotel because it offered parking, and parking was supposed to be free too. When we arrived, staff told us that not only parking is not free, but it’s also not available at the moment. We had to make circles around the city, trying to find street parking. When we showed that on Booking, it said free parking, their response was “it’s not our problem that the information on Booking is not updated, parking is your own problem!” Literally, washed off their hands off what it their responsibility. Communication via Booking is almost at zero too because we messaged them in advance that we’d be arriving with a car. The next day, the manager “apologized” by just defending the guy and no compensation offered whatsoever.

Очень приветливый персонал. Всё очень чисто, есть все необходимые принадлежности. В комнате чайник и пакктиковые чаи и растворимый кофе. 2 бутылки воды дают как комплимент от отеля. В Минибаре напитки и снеки.
