Power cut time to time and no generator turn on by staff. They were waiting for power rather keeping generator running

Exceptionally cordial behaviour of the staff. Neat & Clean. Food quality was just awesome. Mr Ashish, Mr Abhiram & Mr Prashant helped us a lot.

The property is exceptionally located amidst Pine forest and mountains, to give you the zen you would need. The view of Kanchenjanga from the property is breathtaking Rooms are super clean and well maintained with room heater and smart TV. Special mention to the staff who take it on their shoulders to help you make pleasant memories with their warmth and friendliness Won't forget Ashish, Prashant and Suraj Will definitely want to make you come back again.

The staff were very cordial and made us feel at home.The complimentary morning trek through the pine trees was the most amazing part of the stay.

The morning breakfast could have been better.

I with my wife and daughter spend two days at Mirik from 14/5/2023 to 16/5/2024 at the Resort Amaira and enjoyed the sightseeing of Mirik and the surroundings.In our view Mirik is a beautiful spot for spending at least 2N3D as a holiday spend.....the comfort and safety of Amaira enhanced the beauty of our journey....the room with mountain view including all modern amenities,fooding, behaviour of the all staffs along with the Madam Owner are soo homely & hearty.....the staffs specially whose names are remembered Anjali,Suraj,Prashant,Bicky, Debashish,Adarsh, Satyam,Meena,and Jshering.This resort is situated nearby a Pine forest and Bokar Monastery on walking distance....we also enjoyed the sights with Prashant as arranged by the Resort Authority. We planned to celebrate our son's first birthday in the mountains and booked Amaira resort through this website. Since this was a special occasion, we wanted to have a celebration and I requested Snehal, if something could be arranged and if they have a space for some decoration and cake cutting. She immediately took my request and promised that everything will be taken care of. On our arrival we were happy to be received by cordial staff members and all seemed to know my that my baby has a celebration next evening. They have a beautiful canopy on the rooftop and our room was right beside it. The rooms were very big (two queen beds) and so was the washroom. My son loved crawling at the attached balcony and we enjoyed sitting at the terrace enjoying the tranquility of the place. In the evening, we were pleasantly surprised by the decorations, live music and all arrangements made by Snehal, her husband and the team for the Birthday celebration. They have an excellent baker who baked a beautiful and very tasty cake for the occasion. This will always remain special in my heart and I will be ever thankful to Amaira resort for the beautiful memory that they have gifted us. I would also like to mention that Anjali (the manager) is very hardworking and managed the kitchen (and other things) extremely well with efficiency and perfection. We loved the Biriyani that she cooked for her. Food is excellent in their restaurant. They have a small play area for kids where we took the baby for fun. Snehal also took efforts to arrange a car for us so that we could visit the local tea gardens and monasteries with a small baby with us. Overall, it was a memorable stay and we hope to visit again soon.

We loved everything about the hotel. For the elderly, perhaps an elevator would be helpful.

Our stay at Amaira was blissful and magnificent with all amenities ripe for enjoyment. Whether you want to venture out in the beautiful rest of north Bengal Nepal and even Bhutan thanks to their wonderful tour services or comfortably relax within your luxurious room and campus area. Truly an unforgettable getaway experience. What makes this resort so special is its professionalism in its services but the staff also being home like with charming hospitality at the same time makes your stay at Amaira one like no other. There will always be welcoming guides showing you the natural harvesting of vegetables at their farm or the mesmerizing pine forests of the Darjeeling area. Ms. Anjali kind fully given us their farm tour. Her barbecue was delicious as well. Their breakfast was yum too with variety. Notably Bharat, a helpful and friendly person humbly showing us around. The cherry on top is that every last area in Amaira is completely specialized with a hidden meaning and intriguing names. A great example would be the restaurant in and outside as well as each room having its own theme symbolized by the capturing paintings. Overall, I completely recommend reassuring your stay at Amaira resorts and farmstay meet & exceed your expectations!

Lighting in the room could be enhanced. I had trouble reading small prints.
