Puiki vieta atostogoms su vaikais, kadangi tai uždara teritorija. Nuo šios lokacijos patogu pasiekti daug lankytinų vietų, patiko kad matosi kalnai ir netoli vandens telkinys. Arti parduotuvės ir kitos būtinos kasdienai vietos.

Namelis švarus, tik trūko šviesos svetainėje. Virtuvės reikmenis galima būtų jau atsinaujinti - būtent pjaustymo lenteles (jau per senos, nehigieniška) ir peilius (visai neaštrūs).
