Washroom could have been better and clean. Wasn't that clean. Rest all was perfect

Only the location as it is walkable to Radhanagar beach

When you reach the resort there is no welcome drinks. If you ask for it they will say, it's coming but it never comes. Second, as per the pricing the room conditions are not good. We booked 3 rooms of same category but all 3 rooms miss standard stuffs like some room does not have hair dryer, ac remote is not working, main door lock does not work. Most disappointing was the fact that we have informed hotel staff 1 day prior to arrange 2 cabs to go to jetty but they just missed it and on the day of travel, when we asked for the driver number they just said we have not booked as the previous day staff has not passed on the information. This is really a chaos as in havelock it's not easy to arrange cabs in last moment. For the paid amount, service could have been way better

The location was perfect - close to the best beach in town. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast spread was decently good. The general staff was decent and helpful - smiling and courteous.

The experience at the bar left us disappointed. We asked for large drinks, but they served small drinks and yet charged for large. When pointed out it was a small drink - when it was brought - they refused to agree and insisted they were large drinks. Didn't create a scene as it was one of our birthdays, and left paying for the full drinks. I won't recommend this place to any because of this.
