Wifi did not work, also no towel for dishes.

The host trusts the location of the apartment and ignores the hygiene, cleaning and the needs. The location is good but you can find cleaner and newer apartments with the same budget with good locations.

The apartment was not clean in general. The Bathroom is very old and dirty. There were hairs all around. The shower is extremely old and has a draining problem. In a minute the shower becomes a lake, the water doesn't drain away. . Most importantly there is no hairdryer in the apartment. We tried to contact the host by sending messages and phone calls but they did not have the courtesy to reply back. It is unacceptable behavior.

Location was ideal.

Overall, the location of the place is amazing! It is situated in a lovely part of Madrid, and because of it, my group and I rarely relied on public transport. It is also situated on a high story, which gives a beautiful view of the city.

The place is incredibly dusty. The AC looks like it hasn't been cleaned out in years. Towards the end of my stay, I started developing a serious cough related to the dust I was inhaling from the place. The bathroom also didn't have any AC, which I didn't mind as my stay was in the spring. However, the shower pressure does get weaker the hotter you make it, and to get it to a relatively warm temperature, means the water will be barely dripping. Also, when I first arrived, there was a used tissue on the shower wall. There also wasn't any hand soap in the bathroom.

Good location

- perfect location (plaza de chueca - shops, bars and supermarkets) - possibility of sooner check-in and later check-out - great terrace with nice view - right at the metro station - AC (was used as a heater in the main room), WiFi connection

- bathroom was not cleaned well and was cold (no heater, the hot water was running extremely slowly) - third bed was an uncomfortable sofa-bed, its parts were laid out on the floor - very small kitchen (almost impossible to cook at) - loud neighbors - the flat itself was not in a great condition - everything was used, dingy... - (communication with the host was sometimes irregular)
