La posizione dell'alloggio è ottima visto che gode a che di un parcheggio privato (impossibile da trovare a Capri) soprattutto se si sceglie di girare l'isola in motorino. La camera è stata arredata con gusto e raffinatezza. Tutti i comfort disponibili compreso il ferro da stiro. Tutto nuovo, lindo e pulito. Il valore aggiunto, un host davvero disponibile e gentile. Top.

Il nostro soggiorno a Capri è stato un'esperienza davvero indimenticabile. L’isola ha un fascino unico, e ogni momento trascorso lì è stato speciale. Capri non è solo un luogo dove rilassarsi, ma un angolo di paradiso che offre sia bellezza naturale che cultura. L'appartamento era spazioso e ben arredato, con un design moderno che conserva al contempo l'eleganza tipica di Capri e una pulizia impeccabile. Le stanze erano luminose e dotate di aria condizionata, mentre il bagno era sorprendentemente spazioso e ben progettato. L'ospitalità è stata impeccabile. Il proprietario dell'appartamento è stato molto accogliente, disponibile e ci ha dato consigli preziosi su come esplorare l'isola. Ogni giorno, se avevamo bisogno di informazioni o indicazioni, era sempre pronto a offrirci assistenza, facendoci sentire come a casa. Inoltre, ci ha anche aiutato venendoci a prendere all’arrivo e accompagnandoci al porto il giorno della partenza. Grazie mille ancora!

The host is fantastic, helpful and friendly. He picked us up from our hotel and also dropped us off at the port for our early departure. Helped my husband with his laptop cable and gave us good recommendations for restaurants. The location is in the middle of marina grande and capri town. Easy walk to both locations and theres a fully stocked supermarket 5 mins away. Great facilities inside the unit and super clean. Lovely view of the marina.

Nothing to complain about really. Maybe a little sink in the kitchen would be useful to wash the dishes used so the host does not have to do it.

Location : Great Location. Both the port and Capri center were easily reachable. a Supermarket near by which was very convenient. Quiet at night Space: New and spacious place with amenities, very clean and has a beautiful deck and outdoor sitting area with a great view of both the mountain and sea. Bathroom: large, clean and beautiful. Host: Constantino was wonderful, very helpful, caring and attentive. I wish him the best. value for money: Great. This place actually enhanced our stay in Capri. Absolutely worth it

Nothing to dislike. I rarely give a 10/10 for a place but this one definitely deserved it.

I have been to Capri before and this time we wanted to have an affordable, extended stay to be able to enjoy the island fully and have time to relax comfortably. Costantino’s Area Suite was the perfect apartment for our needs. Brand new construction, great views, very clean and beautifully decorated, Capri style. Great !The location is perfect between Marina Grande and Capri making the port and downtown easily accessible without the need to take taxis and buses which can be difficult in the island. There is a very good supermarket walking distance, approximately 5 mins. Taking the opportunity to thank Costanito. He was the perfect host. Friendly, helpful and kind. Huge plus for picking us up at the port in his car with our luggage and taking us back on our departure. Highly recommend staying in this apartment.
