Stan je na odličnoj lokaciji u samom centru grada. Stan je čist, a krevet udoban. Domaćica je izuzetno ljubazna i spremna da pomogne. Terasa je zaista lep dodatak smeštaju. Moguće besplatno parkiranje u dvorištu zgrade.

Stan se nalazi u centru, na raskrsnici prometne saobraćajnice, pa je buka od saobraćaja prisutna ako su prozori otvoreni.
