Poorly equipped. Very little cooking utensils, no coffee plunger. Cheap single ply toilet paper. Property is on the opposite side of the freeway to the beach.

THE LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY IS OUTSTANDING AND THE PROPERTY ITSELF.

PLEASE CHANGE THE COUCH ITS THE ONLY THING THAT DE-GRADE THE PLACE.

The location was fantastic, close to everything we needed. The house was a great size for our party. The maid and gardener were fantastic and could do enough to help us.

The pool was green when we arrived, it looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks. We complained on the day we arrived but it still took 5 days before it was treated and filtered so we could use it. The owner/agent didn’t seem interested she blamed the pool cleaners. The master bedroom did not have working air conditioning, this had been reported in September by previous guests, two fans were provided but they just moved the hot air around. Again the owner/agent was interested and made excuses and blamed the engineers The house sleeps 8 but there was only enough cutlery and glasses for 5 people. There is not enough seating in the living room for the amount of people that can stay there. There is not enough outside seating. One of the bedrooms that had been made up was the pool room, it doesn’t say this in the advert so is misleading. As it’s the pool room there is very little storage just a clothes rail. The whole house looks tired and is in need of some decoration, repairs and new furniture and more furniture to a accommodate the amount of people it states. Don’t be fooled by the photos.

Beautiful home in a good location

My family stayed during one of the hottest weekends in kzn and we weren’t told that the air conditioning does not work, it was quite uncomfortable.

Beautiful location, nice, clean apartment. The staff Zizi and Nolwazi were very friendly. What you see is what you get 😄

The owner must fix aircons in the main bedroom and guest room. The heat was unbearable. We were offered fans to cool off the room. We didn't have access to the top balconies. That was not pleasant.
