Right by the beach with unspoilt views. Homely vibe. Great local pubs. Comfortable beds. Great TV and computer games entertainment. Phone chargers by bed.

Parking, in summer would be a real issue. Oven doesn’t get up to temperature, Couldn’t cook for 5. Struggled to sit round table, had to keep moving in and out. Plumbing was poor. Plastic pipework, small boiler, electric shower 900mm shower tray, resulting in bedrooms upstairs very cold and shower a dribble. Didn’t use bath or shower in kitchen area as that room was so cold. Tiled floors downstairs so would have benefited from underfloor heating, so pack slippers! Also half the light bulbs gone in bathroom. Front door not very secure, one lock, however loads of bolts and doors off kitchen.
