Właściciel wstał o 1;30 w nocy, żeby nas powitać i zameldować, ponieważ inny właściciel apartamentów w Batumi, nas nie wpuścił, bo za późno przyjechaliśmy... mimo że był powiadomiony o której dotrzemy. Więc brawa dla Pana który nam pomógł w środku nocy.! Przytulnie, czysto, piękny widok na morze! Polecam

Tak naprawdę to nie zostaliśmy na lodzie dzięki VIP Class Orbi City. Zarezerwowaliśmy apartament na booking zarządzany przez kogoś innego i nie doczekaliśmy się zameldowania. Kontakt się urwał. W VIP Class Orbi City czekała na nas fantastyczna obsługa. Szybka płatność i zameldowanie. W Gruzji radziłabym zapłacić kartą z góry za nocleg. Czytałam że zdarzają się historie że cena podnoszona jest po przyjeździe lub tak jak w naszym przypadku “olano” nas. Tu wszystko poszło bardzo sprawnie, na każde nasze zapytanie otrzymywaliśmy odpowiedź błyskawicznie. Super widok z pokoju. Niezbędne sprzęty na wyposażeniu: pralka, suszarka, mikrofalówka. Polecam

Lokalizacja, generalnie było wygodnie. Bardzo przyjazna i pomocna obsługa!

Niestety niektóre urządzenia nie działały zbyt dobrze (ogrzewanie, spłuczka, czajnik itp.)

"Worst manager"

Room was having all facilities. Microwave, washing machine, sofa bed

We were group of 3. Rooms were given on 19, 23 and 31 floor. Manager was very arrogant and mistreated us. He threatened to cancel the booking We had to go to A block for check in and check out whereas our room was in D block. It was very inconvenient to drag our bags from A block to D block Power in room was disconnected for 1 hour as owner did not pay bill. We had to beg for that Manager was not at all apologetic. We should get refund for this room for inconvenience and manager's miss behaviour
