Apartment is very good very clean and comfortable but the location is very confusing. I was almost tired to find

This person is, I think, a scammer because he is using someone else proprietary address, and he will wait for the check-in instructions until the last minute . Then he will message you in Portuguese even when you tell him that you don't understand Portuguese. So I booked his place according to his address given in booking.com because it was near the airport. So he was not answering me until I contacted booking.com .then after that, he answered me he sent me the check-in instructions. But I didn't notice the address on the check-in instructions is different from booking.com, so I booked an Uber from the train station to that address. When we arrived, it was someone else's property. So the kind taxi driver called him and texted him in Portuguese .the only thing he replied was that I couldn't speak in English even though the driver was speaking in the Portuguese language. So I had to book another place right away because the address he sent was 40 minutes away from the airport . I got charged for 2 proprietary and 2 Uber rides for only one night because of this guy . I hope the booking.com at least helps me get my money back from him .because I lost my time and money because of his fraud..

C de trouver l'adresse qui correspond a notre réservation le numéro de la rue ce qui le plus désolent c que personne n'a jamais répondu a nos coup de téléphone ca répondez déconnecté obligé de trouver une autre réservation je trouve cela pas professionnel du tout

do cancelamento em cima da hora, chegando nós a Faro às 22h30, ao aeroporto e ficamos sem alojamento. Ficaram sem dar respostas umas atrás das outras, e quando cancelaram disseram que havia uma inundação no apartamento e que tinham avisado o Booking três dias antes, tinham o nosso contacto e nunca nos contactaram, só depois de muitas chamadas é que responderam, e ficamos sem alojamento para 5 pessoas à noite.
