Location beach front was great. Beach chairs and umbrella were left by previous renters which was good for us. Hallways and elevator were clean giving a good first impression.

The ceiling fans in every room need to be cleaned, microwave door and vent cover are broken, no blow dryer had to go to rental office leave a deposit pickup and dropoff, corner sheet mstr bdrm too small kept coming off, Very Large palmetto BUG at 2 am When was last exterminator visit? Dishes in dishwasher from previous renters, shower drain in 2nd bathroom too slow standing in ankle deep water, no TV instructions for mstr bdrm took me a day to figure it out and then there were loose cable connections which I had to figure out. I think that's it.
