The location of the accommodation is good — not too far from tourist spots and convenient for traveling.

The accommodation is quite old and not very clean. The room had a musty smell, wooden floors, and we could clearly hear noise from the room upstairs. The host’s instructions regarding the house location, entrance, and how to use the digital door lock were not detailed. On the day we checked in, some other guests couldn’t find the entrance and accidentally tried to enter our room using their code. Another group waited outside for a long time because they didn’t know how to use the digital lock. In the house we stayed at, the air conditioners in both master bedrooms didn’t work at first. We contacted the host, but there was no immediate response. We eventually discovered that the AC units were not plugged in. We had to find extension cords inside the house and connect up to four for one room and two for the other because the original cords couldn’t reach the outlets. The host replied the next morning, simply saying to press the power button — as if we didn’t know how to use an air conditioner remote. The TV in the bedroom couldn’t be used because there was no available power outlet nearby. The remote control for the living room TV had dead batteries, so we had to take them out and tap or switch them around to make it work. The host did send a manual, but it didn’t include photos of the entrance. They later sent a photo via the Booking app chat, but the image wouldn’t load. The manual also included instructions for using the remote, but the remote we had didn’t match the one in the manual. The curtain situation was quite ridiculous. The blackout and sheer curtains were installed on the same track, which made it impossible to fully close the blackout curtain. Anyone who needs a dark room to sleep would have a hard time here. On the last night, the water heater broke. We didn’t report it to the host, assuming we wouldn’t get a reply until the next day anyway. So the whole family ended up showering in freezing water.

The location was great. The apartment was fine and soon warmed up the air con was also good. We enjoyed our stay. The power shower was good. We would go back now we know where it is. All appliances were there too.

The shower literally floods the bathroom it is a wet room. But it's quite dirty around the edge of the room. Which floats in the water. The communication prior to arriving wasn't great and we stood outside 20 mins trying to find the room was difficult as there was no signs. It does need clear directions.

Comfortable bed. Host is very accomodative and fast to respond to messages.

Should have separate bidet from the shower head. More hangers.
