3 bedroom flat 10 mins walk to Bay and City center Free Parking

The communication from our hostwas great, arrival procedure was very easy and the facilities were good. It was fantastic to have parking so close to Cardiff Bay.

Central location, spacious.

Instructions state there is a parking bay for the flat number and a spare visitors badge. On an arrival you could not park in the designated space due to 2 other cars being parked incorrectly. The second car in our party had to find an alternative place to park because of this. A deeper clean of the property could have been done, thick cobwebs around lights/ceilings/bathroom windows.

Kitchen is clean with lots of seasoning stuff and plenty of tea towels (I would add a pair of scissors to make it perfect for cooking in house though) . Beds are comfortable, amenities are plenty and the dining table is beautiful. We love the message sent by Laura and Daniel before our arrival, very detail and warm wording (we were traveling to other places before we came to Cardiff and their message was the only one received that we felt actually from the real owners of the property)

The water bumping noise every time someone uses the main bathroom near the entrance door (We even thought it was boat whistle at first hahaha). I hope you fix it Daniel as I will definitely return to Cardiff in the future :)

Excellent location, 3 double rooms great for a family trip.

There was only one parking space available (visitor’s space) as dedicated space wasn’t available.

Great location, lovely place to stay whilst visiting Cardiff Bay. Easy to find and check in. Lovely and clean!

Great location for our needs, plenty of room and had everything we needed for a two night stay.

We struggled with hot water and heating settings.

Absolutely spot on. Fabulous location with very easy access by foot to both the bay and town. Accommodation was ideal for our stay, well maintained and beds very comfortable. We also appreciated the generous toiletries. The key pad entry was an unexpected bonus as avoided complicated logistics of who had/needed the key at any one point. Excellent pre arrival instructions from hosts. Thank you for a great stay. Would highly recommend!

Nothing really. Met all our needs. Only suggestion would be to add a serrated kitchen knife, additional oven dish and sieve in the kitchen,
