3 bedroom flat 10 mins walk to Bay and City center Free Parking

Very spacious, very clean and in a fantastic location. Quick taxi into the centre and even walked a few times. The hosts were super helpful in the lead-up to the event. My group and I have already said we would happily stay here again.

A little breakfast might have been a nice touch with the cost of the apartment

The proximity to the centre of Cardiff and the size of the flat.

Every time the toilet was flushed it sounded like a ships fog horn. There was not a lot of attention to detail. The water pressure in the showers was not very good, very difficult to rinse soap from hair for example. When you opened cupboards everything was just thrown in.

Was forced to pay an additional £150 (not on booking.com by PayPal!) otherwise they would cancel the booking and resell. We had no choice as everywhere else was booked up for that night (Taylor Swift concert). Feel like we were ripped off and backed into a corner. Fridge had mould and smelt! Crockery/oven etc was dirty.

We would like to suggest add more kitchen ware as now not enough and poor quality. It is good have a dishwasher and coffee maker. Too noisy especially at night when flush the toilet of family bathroom.

Location is excellent, only 10 minutes walk to Cardiff Bay.

Just a friendly advice, we would suggest to improve the cooking ware, for example, the coating of existing is fallen off too much. And the cooking ware not enough for 5 peoples. And it will be good if there is a dishwasher. The toilet in family bathroom too noisy after flush.

Close to the bay Lots of plug sockets

Not very clean, lots of cobwebs and extraction fans need cleaning. Toilet brush in en suite grim. Plumbing diabolical, very hard to get en suite shower to acceptable temperature, either scalding or freezing. Main bathroom toilet far too noisy. Washing hanging in wardrobes to dry is not acceptable. Only one smoke detector, is this safe? No door on lounge/kitchen so noise travels to bedrooms. Better hanging facilities in other bedrooms would be good.

Very well located, easily accessible from the train station, quiet neighbourhood, spacious.

Cleaning was generally okay but could be better with a bit more attention to detail (cobweb, stains in toilets etc). Struggled with boiler a bit, hot water was epileptic.

Close the Cardiff bay & train station. Linen, washing up facilities & toiletries were provided.

Very big open spaces, bigger than it looks on the photos and it was all very tidy

So TLC needed in the bathrooms but they were usable and everything worked
