Room 1, Loch Etive House, Connel near Oban

I couldn’t get the large oven to work. Not a big problem. The small one worked! Plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed.

Everything, our stay was excellent. The kitchen facillities were fantastic, our room was very nice and spacious, lovely and clean, the owners had been very thoughtful and tentative even leaving their phone numbers if we needed anything. The price was really cheap and location perfect, the house is nice and private so you feel in your own little space despite only being 10 minutes from oban town.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Stunning homely place spotlessly clean every amenity you could ask for perfect location close to railway station, easy instructions from host ,lots of information about them and their family which made it more personal, the house was warm cosy and inviting would definitely come back five stars x

Sharing the kitchen was the only thing I would say but not a big issue,

The bed was super comfy and cozy. The furnishings were comfortable. The whole house looks really nice and it is spotlessly clean throughout. We liked the communal area to cook and eat.This suited our needs better than a hotel room.

We came back to eat lunch and found the communal area cold . Perhaps a portable heater could be arranged during cold weather. However we could have taken everything up to our room where it was nice and warm therefore this is just an observation and not a criticism.
