Communication with the owner was perfect, he explained everything about the apartment in much detail! What I liked a lot was that the apartment was super clean, in a very professional way! The location is okay, I cannot say much because we moved by car, but once we walked to the old city and it took us about 20 minutes which is great if you want to wander around and observe parts of the city. They also offered us for free some food to use for breakfast, bathroom products (e.g. full sized makeup wipes, mini shower gel & shampoo, etc.), a towel set for each person, and in the wardrobe there was a very decent hair dryer! Finally, I have to note down that we were waiting for a fully private apartment (only because we are used to such things in Greece) but basically we found out that the bnbs in the area have a common space (kitchen & salon) and private rooms with/without private bathrooms. We personally had a private bathroom. That wasn't a problem whatsoever! The neighbors were very kind and cheerful the last day that we met them in the kitchen while preparing breakfast. We also met the lady that was cleaning the apartment the last day and she was also super kind! If I come again to Salerno, 100% I will stay again in this place.

Very lovely apt. Private bathroom outside our room. But the people sharing the apt. were very nice! Good cooking facilities!

Sharing an apt was a little different but quite ok as the couple we shared with were great!

It's a lovely large apartment and felt homely. Very clean, light, and airy. The location was ok, about a 15-minute walk to the train/bus station, beach and old town. It was so nice to meet the host. He was very informative and friendly and ensured everything was in working order. Good wifi, too! Access to netflix, which was a big bonus! Also, facilities to cook if desired! It was my favourite place i stayed during my 10 day tour of Italy. I would stay again!

The Matress on the bed was a little hard.

The housekeeper was really nice. The room was clean and big, we got a little breakfast too. And we had a big balcony.

- big kitchen and living room - it was nice to be able to cook a meal at the accomodation instead of going to a restaurant - big sleeping room with table, bathropm and balcony - good aircondition - real blanket in the bed - close to two supermarkets, which were open sunday and close to many cafés - not too far from the beach and city center, if you’re good by foot - we were there only one night on sunday, so parking in front of the building was free (be aware that you pay for public parking on all the other days) - Alfonso the host was very nice and helpful

- when the other guests were flushing their toilet it was very loud in our room and the shower cabin was very narrow - but nothing that bothered us too much - it was a very nice stay for a night ! :)

The room was clean and had A/C, which was very important in this hot weather. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a coffee machine with complimentary coffee. The stay was a bit like in a hotel, the place was cleaned daily and had complimentary shower gel etc - nice small touches. WiFi connection was also very good.

We didn't understand from the description that our room had a bathroom separate from the room. It was reserved for our use only, we got a key, but we needed to go through the hallway to reach it.

Alfonso was prompt to arrive and show us around, explaining where everything was and how it worked. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Appreciated that there was a great selection of tea and kettle in the room as well as a coffee machine in the kitchen. Thank you for a lovely stay
