"Mala experiencia."

Solo la ubicación

Me cobraron 350 pesos más por tener un menor (mi hijo ) que puse en el sistema por varias veces , pero al parecer no reconoció. El cobro adicional no supuso sábanas, ni toallas, ni fundas de almohada para mi hijo. Tan solo un cobertor. Luego, la separación o muro con la habitación de al lado era tan débil que se oía a a una persona más allá de la media noche oyendo un programa. Nos dormimo más por el cansancio.

La ubicación es excelente, está muy cerca de bellas artes y en zona del centro histórico. La forma para acceder es muy facil y cómoda ya que nos proporcionan las llaves para poder acceder en el momento que lo necesitemos. Tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar. El transporte público es de fácil acceso.

El servicio al cliente dejo mucho que desear ya que la recepcionista no fue clara ni amigable al entregarnos el Loft y al explicar el funcionamiento de las instalaciones
